The story is set in Brighton, a Coney Island type beach resort a day-trip by train from London. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I wish this book contained more complex and compound sentence which would have made the reading even more grammatically pleasing but it didn’t diminish the already newfound interest I had in the book. I really enjoyed the fact that which each age landmark, the readers were made aware of what’s happening in the main character’s life, where he was and who was in his life at that moment and the significance they hold This book takes the readers on a journey about a man’s life from when he was child barely able to talk to approximately a bit over the age of 50, I understand this book isn’t completed and I can’t wait to see what more lies in store in the crazy unexpected life of the main character The book, Hysterical Memories by Author Eugene Wallace, is a very captivating autobiography, it got me hooked from the first page with a twist I would have never seen or thought coming. ![]() ANOTHER AMAZING REVIEW OF HYSTERICAL MEMORIES ![]() ![]() The whole building of it around a secret society as well as the workings of the chronograph was nice additions, and I would've liked a bit more of background there. As I mentioned the premise of time travelling was appealing to me. ![]() Final thoughts Let us start with the things I liked, both in general and in the series. So here we are, at the end of the series, and I am giving it a round and final 4, even though I was a bit disappointed at certain points. I did want to know what the whole mystery was, but the love part felt a bit forced, sadly enough. ![]() The second one, Sapphire Blue, was ok, but I think I fell more for Xemerus than the other characters. The first installment, Ruby Red, was good enough, I liked the fact that Gwendolyn wasn't just a boy driven character, even though it was obvious that they were going to get together and hence I went for the second one. The premise of time travelling seemed appealing and so I went for it.
